Nous recherchons dès que possible, un Service Delivery Manager afin d'intégrer notre client grand compte.

Mission principale :

  • Mise en relation coordonnée des acteurs en charge de trouver une solution, en situation d'incident majeur d'exploitation
  • Assurance de la communication vers les clients et la hiérarchie, pilotage des cellules de crises
  • Assurance de la production, la qualité de service aux clients, le respect du calendrier, la disponibilité et l'intégrité des ressources informatiques dans le respect du contrat de service
  • Actes de production de niveau 1, droits en consultation sur la Production.
  • Prise des décisions lors du pilotage des incidents engageant la responsabilité de la production
  • Pilotage du backlog incident de son domaine
  • Pilotage du chantier de réduction des incidents de son domaine
  • Surveillance de la console de supervision
  • Suivi des incidents MAJEURS
  • Rédaction et animation des débrief des incidents MAJEURS à froid
  • Garantie des processus (Change/Incident/Problème) et de leur déclinaison opérationnelle au sein de son domaine d’affectation

Diplômé(e) de l'enseignement supérieur (Bac+3/5), vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine.
