We're looking for an ambitious Outbound Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and fuel our growth trajectory. If you're a tech-savvy marketer who thrives on data, creativity, and strategy, we'd love to meet you.

Role Overview:

The Outbound Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead our outbound marketing strategy, focusing on generating high-quality leads and driving conversions through cold outreach, targeted email campaigns and leveraging data drive insights.You’ll be responsible for scaling our outbound efforts to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales team to align marketing initiatives and refine messaging to resonate with the right audience. Your success will be measured by your ability to ignite conversations with qualified leads and support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute outbound strategies, including cold email outreach, sequences, workflows in Hubspot & leverage our existing webinars, and events to generate high-quality leads.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns that are data-driven and measurable.
  • Event Operations: Plan, organize and drive events with key partners, customers & future prospects.
  • Audience Targeting: Identify and segment key buyer personas in the medical technology and device industry to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of outreach.
  • Content Development: Create and oversee the development of outbound content such as prospecting emails, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (lead generation, conversion rates, etc.), and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Tech Stack: Work closely with our CRM and Data Expert to leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and other outbound tools including Cognism, Sales Navigator & web scraping tools to execute and scale campaigns efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Experience in medical technology or compliance-related fields is a huge plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to think both creatively and strategically, crafting messages that resonate while aligning with business goals.
  • Tools: Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot etc.) and outbound tools like Chilipiper, Sales Navigator & Cognism.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for testing, learning, and optimizing to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
