We're seeking a talented Growth Outbound Marketing Specialist to support our pipeline-building initiatives across strategic industries. As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you'll contribute to creating and executing high-performing outbound campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Outbound Strategies: Collaborate with our Senior Growth Outbound Manager to design and implement effective outbound strategies that boost lead generation.
  • Optimize Outbound Tools: Assist in setting up and optimizing outbound tools, including automated enrichment, CRM, BDR connections, email deliverability, and more.
  • Ensure High-Quality Data Enrichment: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data enrichment for companies and contacts to support our outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with BDR Team: Work closely with our BDR team to ensure efficient outreach cadences and maximize campaign results.
  • Analyze Campaign Results: Analyze campaign results, iterate, and test new ideas to refine performance and drive growth.
  • Align with Marketing Teams: Collaborate with other marketing teams to align outbound efforts with larger initiatives, such as events, webinars, and content distribution.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • First Experience in B2B Growth Outbound Marketing: You have a solid understanding of B2B growth outbound marketing principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Enriched Tools: Familiarity with enriched tools, such as CRM and BDR connections, is a plus.
  • Compelling Outbound Sequences: You can craft compelling outbound sequences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Curiosity and Eagerness to Learn: You're curious, eager to learn, and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical mindset and can interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Team Player: You're a team player who can collaborate with different departments to achieve shared goals.
