The BDR is adaptable, energetic, self motivated, has a growth mindset, is an outcome and result-driven member of our Business Development team. If you are someone that obsesses about giving prospects the best buying journey experience, likes digging into data, enjoys building pipeline and contributing to successful won and booked opportunities, is able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the business, has an obsessive attention to detail and is a team player we want to hear from you
Use the Salesforce platform to manage, track and report sales activities and results.
Track your allocated accounts buying journey and respond accordingly based upon the stage in the journey with appropriate outreach and cold calling.
Work with Sales Ops and Enablement to attend training and feedback on processes and courses so that they can be continually refined and updated.
Use to best effect all the software and tools provided to support the role.
Additional Language speaking would be a plus (ideally French, German, Dutch or Spanish)
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-300M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
Good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite.
