We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-paced xDR team. As a BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Drive pipeline growth through effective cold calling and email outreach
- Work closely with Sales Ops and Enablement teams to stay up-to-date on processes and tools
- Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Nav to manage sales activities and results
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Nav
- Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
We offer a competitive salary range of $71,000 - $90,000 USD per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes remote work options, flexible hours, and a comprehensive total rewards program.
