Chief Financial Officer - Private Equity - B2B SaaS
Camino Search is pleased to assist a fund in appointing a CFO for their innovative Software venture. With substantial equity and debt funding secured, the company is poised for exponential expansion. Backed by notable investors and boasting a skilled management team, the company is strategically positioned to execute its ambitious growth strategy.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the business strategy in alignment with the CEO, working closely with the executive team to shape and execute strategic initiatives. They will assume responsibility for Financial Leadership, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive business strategy and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
- Lead financial functions including Financial Leadership, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Reporting.
- Oversee global mergers and acquisitions, managing financial due diligence, negotiating agreements, and supervising post-acquisition integration.
- Develop and implement an operational framework focusing on key value drivers and performance indicators.
- Initiate comprehensive finance transformation projects, enhancing personnel, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide timely and insightful business intelligence to support decision-making processes.
- Improve finance-related metrics, optimizing month-end closing efficiency and departmental productivity.
- Identify and implement strategies for liquidity management and working capital optimization.
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership by actively engaging in daily operations, setting standards through personal conduct, and fostering collaboration to achieve common goals.

- SaaS experience
- Private equity experience
