Responsabilités :

  • Soutenir le développement du réseau de concessionnaires régional selon le plan réseau et commercial français
  • Mise en place d'un programme de stimulation des ventes régionales pour rester compétitif sur le marché
  • Fixer des objectifs annuels/trimestriels/mensuels pour les concessionnaires en fonction du plan commercial
  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes des concessionnaires de la région pour garantir le respect des normes de la marque et l'atteinte des objectifs
  • Surveiller et analyser la compétitivité du marché et la stratégie de vente des principaux concurrents

Exigences :

  • Diplôme de bachelor ou supérieur
  • Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de concessionnaires
  • Solides compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de gestion de projet
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
