About the Company Our client is a global SaaS provider with a platform used by some of the world’s leading organizations for Communications and Engagement.
Operating globally, the company is headquartered in Paris with additional offices in the US and Asia. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive to join their International Sales Team, focusing on EMEA and US markets.
Sales Excellence: Engage with senior decision-makers through consultative selling, conduct tailored demos, and craft strategic recommendations.
Deal Management: Navigate long sales cycles (6–12 months) involving multiple stakeholders, leading to the successful close of high-value deals.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and ensure seamless transitions to the Customer Success team post-sale.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in an Account Executive role, ideally within SaaS or Tech, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder deals across international markets.
Communication: Full professional fluency in English (additional languages, such as French, are a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
Variable Compensation : Quarterly target with opportunities for overachievement bonuses, multi-year deal incentives and secured variable earnings.
Hybrid Work Environment : 3 days in-office (including a fixed team day on Thursdays), 2 days remote.
