Gestion commerciale
Apporter les informations et produire la partie commerciale des RAO en lien avec les delivery leaders
Valider le plan de prospection et d'adressage clients et contrôler sa mise en œuvre
Définir les tarifs avec les objectifs de rentabilité demandés en AT et projets
Participer aux plans d'actions des projets et les mettre en œuvre Être garant de la validation des engagements juridiques
Être responsable du niveau de participation aux comités de pilotage des projets en ER de son périmètre
Être responsable du reporting commercial (prévisions incluses) et des plans de prévention (signature, respect, diffusion)
Être responsable de la mise en œuvre des actions pour augmenter la satisfaction des clients
Relation clients, développement commercial
Assurer et animer la relation client en binôme avec les delivery leaders
Négocier et signer (ou présenter à la signature suivant le niveau de délégation validé par la DG, les propositions, les contrats et les avenants clients et sous-traitants)
Assurer le suivi Clients (les missions en cours, les contrats…) Vous êtes diplômé/e d’un BAC+5 idéalement en école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs.
Vous justifiez d’excellentes connaissances des techniques commerciales et des négociations
Vous maitrisez les enjeux et spécificités du secteur Bancaire.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
