The Support Operations Manager organizes and coordinates the company's administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and security.

He/she is responsible for developing intra-company communication protocols, simplifying administrative procedures, stock control and office supervision. Responsible for purchasing/inventory of office
- In charge of ensuring payment of rent and taxes related to the premises, monitoring and controlling installations, requesting repairs if necessary, and supervising regular cleaning of the premises.
- Manage relationships / negotiations with suppliers / service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are ordered, invoiced and paid for on time
- Manage contracts and price negotiations with service providers, suppliers, landlord, etc.
- Coordinate with IT for software installations and computer troubleshooting.
- IT and telephone fleet management
- Car fleet management, repairs, vehicle changes, etc.
- Organize all shipments: equipment, documentation, etc.

4) Finance, HR and Admin support
- Support human resources in setting up and implementing the welcome program for new employees and monitoring HR policies
- Create presentations and other reports as requested by management.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events (brainstorming, conventions, workshops, seminars, training, employee last day celebrations, etc.).

Excellent time management and organizational/planning skills
- Priority management
- Process management / improvement
- Computer skills: a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

You are in the right place if you if you have at least 3 year experience within the position and look for a job where you can gain insight to the administrational background of a HR department and where you can utilize your competencies for HR and office administration, all within an international pharmaceutical industry working closely with the local HR Manager.
