Dans le cadre de la croissance de Metsys, nous recherchons un(e) Head of Infrastructure Services

Le(la) collaborateur(trice) sera amené(e) à porter l’ensemble de notre offre Infrastructure Services, sous la direction du CTO Infrastructure.

Vos missions d’accompagnement :

  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales dans les phases d’avant-vente
  • Aider dans le recrutement des équipes et dans leur animation:
    • Qualifier techniquement les profils lors du recrutement
    • Participer à des Job dating
    • Relayer sur les réseaux sociaux notre expertise
    • Sur sollicitation du Marketing, participer à des évènements liés à vos technologies de référence
    • Sur sollicitation des RH, participer à des présentations dans les écoles d’ingénieurs ou effectuer des conférences dans vos domaines d’expertises
  • Effectuer un suivi des consultants en intercontrat de sa communauté en synergie avec leurs leads
  • Aider dans la formation technique des équipes :
    • Onboarder les collaborateurs dans les projets
    • Assurer des sessions de formation sur demande CTO
    • Faire monter en compétence les alternants et stagiaires
    • Alimenter la Metsys Academy et les formations VivaLearning
  • Participer au rayonnement de Metsys sur les réseaux sociaux, blog, …
  • Piloter & mesurer le bon déroulement et le succès des projets en termes de périmètre et de qualité des livrables dans son domaine
  • Qualifier et évaluer les solutions techniques des partenaires actuels et potentiels partenaires avec la Direction Technique
  • Mettre en place une veille technologique sur les solutions de son périmètre

Au quotidien, vous interviendrez sur:

  • Conception, implémentation et MCO d’architectures
  • Apport d’expertise et résolution d’incidents critiques
  • Elaboration de documentations techniques, spécifications générales et détaillées
  • Réalisation de projets : ingénierie, déploiement, sécurisation, migration / mise en production, transfert de connaissances
  • Aide pointue sur les problèmes complexes en phase d’implémentation chez nos clients
  • Revue et analyse de l’existant, mise en place des préconisations et recommandations adaptées

Répartition moyenne du temps de travail :

  • 20% à 30 % d’avant-vente
  • 20% à 30 % sur le recrutement, la formation, ….
  • 40 à 60% de prestation
