Product Marketing Manager - CDI - Paris - (H/F)Description longue—CONTEXTE :Site et application de mise en relation de restaurants et hôtels avec des travailleurs indépendants. Ils agissent aussi dans le secteur de la santé :)Leur objectif :Déjà présents sur plusieurs villes françaises et anglaises, ils souhaitent être leaders en Europe.(ouverture à Amsterdam, Londres, en plus de Bordeaux, Lyon etc.)—MISSION:En création de poste, tu seras responsable de la product strategy et du positionnement de notre produit- Analyse de marché et analyses compétitives- Travailler à la définition de nos personae en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing- Définir notre positionnement avec le VP Brand et le Head of Product- Travailler avec la Principal Product Manager en charge du développement de nouveaux produits pour enrichir notre proposition de valeur.- Construire et implémenter notre positionnement- Nourrir la road map produit avec des insight clairs- Coordonner le lancement de nouveaux produits et features avec les différents Stakeholders - Tester les nouvelles features avec les Sales et les PM- Developper le Pole product marketing.—TON PROFIL :- Tu as au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Marketing manager et 7 d'expérience au total en start up ou scale up- User Centric, tu comprends et sais trouver les utilisateur là où ils sont, - Autonome et polyvalent, tu as déjà été en création de poste sur ce scope- Fluent en Anglais et Français- Tu es owner de ton produit et tu maîtrise les cycles de développement et d'itération produit de la discovery à la delivery, —LES ++ :- Beaux bureaux au coeur de Paris (Sentier)- Événements Off et afterworks réguliers- Une équipe jeune et innovante- Un forfait attractif et non plafonné- Tickets restaurant sur votre carte Swile (4,25 par jour travaillé)- Prise en charge à 50% de vos titres de transport- Mutuelle Alan soutenu à 100%- Remboursement de 50% de votre abonnement Gymlib- Un MacBook Pro- Possibilité de remote 2/3j- Séances de coaching en 1:1 chaque semaine / Formation régulière des managers- Cours hebdomadaires d'anglais et de français- Un environnement bienveillant avec un turnover très faible (Note Glassdoor : 4.9/5)—BUDGET55-65k—LOCALISATIONParis 2e remote 2-3 jours par semaines
