The aim of the Executive Education department at INSEAD is to empower business leaders with cutting-edge knowledge and skills, enabling them to tackle complex global challenges effectively. INSEAD seeks an Operations and Delivery Support Apprentice to join our (Online Learning & Innovation Team (Executive Education department). This is an apprenticeship position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
The role of the apprentice within the team will be to help the Operations and Delivery team with some administrative & operational tasks related to online courses - open online programmes and customized online programmes.
Help with some of the logistics for new course video recordings (copyrights of the images on the slides for instance)
Participate in some tools testing shall the opportunity arise
Ideally you will start a Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration in September 2024
Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
At ease with Excel, Pack Office, and globally with technology, eager to learn new technologies
Basic knowledge of customer service principles
Integrity in handling sensitive information and tasks

Il s'agit d'un poste en apprentissage basé sur notre campus Europe à Fontainebleau, France.
Le rôle de l'apprenti sera d'aider l'équipe des Operations et Gestion des Programmes en Ligne avec certaines tâches administratives et opérationnelles liées aux programmes ouverts en ligne et programmes personnalisés en ligne.
Aider les autres membres de l'équipe en fonction des besoins, y compris :Aider avec certaines logistiques pour les nouveaux tournages de vidéo de cours (obtention des droits d'auteur des images par exemple).
Participer à certains tests de technologies d’apprentissage si l'opportunité se présente.
Idéalement, vous commencerez une License ou un Master en administration des affaires en septembre 2024.
Sensible aux différences culturelles et à l'aise pour travailler dans un environnement international multiculturel.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
À l'aise avec Excel, le Pack Office, et globalement avec la technologie, désireux(se) d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe.
Connaissances de base des principes du service client.
Intégrité dans la gestion des informations et des tâches sensibles.
