**LE POSTE / LES MISSIONS**:

- Au sein de l'équipe Support Technique et sous la responsabilité du Directeur Projet technique et intégration, vous participez activement à la réussite des projets des clients en apportant le soutien technique et fonctionnel nécessaire- Vous êtes le référent technique capable d'analyser et de résoudre les dysfonctionnements
- Vous documentez l'architecture du SI et diffuser l'information aux parties prenantes pour améliorer les niveaux de services
- Vous participez à la définition des besoins techniques et fonctionnels des solutions
- Vous accompagnez les clients dans la réussite de leur projet en levant certaines contraintes techniques et en automatisant certains éléments

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
Vous avez un diplôme d'ingénieur
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur du support technique
Vous maitrisez les outils suivants: Python, active directory, infrastructures réseaux (Firewall, proxy, wifi), SQL, API, Keycloak
Vous avez un niveau d'anglais technique
