The BtoC department within the Clients Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding individuals and small businesses towards sustainable energy practices. We strive to empower our regional teams with the tools and resources needed to achieve operational excellence while adhering to regulatory standards.
As an integral part of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Emergency Call Centers by contributing to action plans that drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to the Head of 7 emergency call centers in monitoring and evaluating action plans designed to enhance operational methods.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer request data and customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Actively contribute to project management initiatives aimed at harmonizing best practices across all emergency call centers.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans designed to evolve common practices within emergency call centers, ensuring successful adoption and impact.
- Contribute to performance enhancement efforts by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing actionable strategies for improvement.
- Prepare clear and concise presentation materials, workshop resources, reports, and meeting minutes.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master's Degree in Strategy and Management, or related field.
- Strong reporting abilities and exceptional written communication skills, demonstrated through the creation of compelling presentations and workshop facilitation materials.
- A passion for digital technologies and a willingness to embrace innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
