Share Africa est une association dynamique visant à soutenir la jeunesse africaine à travers des initiatives culturelles et entrepreneuriales.

Africa Fashion Up est le projet phare de Share Africa qui vise à identifier et soutenir de jeunes créateurs / designers sur le continent et dans la diaspora, à organiser un grand événement annuel à Paris dans le cadre de la Fashion Week incluant :

1. Un défilé de Mode réunissant un public de plus de 600 personnes

2. Un diner de gala réunissant 200 personnes

3. Une vente privée en partenariat avec les Galeries Lafayette Haussmann

Position : Responsable Evénementiel & Développement

Lieu : Paris, France

Rattachement : Directement sous la supervision de la fondatrice, Valérie Ka.

Objectifs du poste : Le/la responsable Évènementiel & Développement jouera un rôle clé dans la structuration et le développement de Africa Fashion Up. Il/elle sera chargé/e de la coordination générale de nos activités, de la promotion de nos initiatives et d'accompagner notre fondatrice dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles stratégies de développement.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Coordination et gestion de projet : Assurer la planification, le suivi et la coordination des activités et événements de l'association. Faciliter la communication interne et externe, et veiller au respect des délais et objectifs

  • Développement et promotion : Contribuer activement à la promotion de de l’événement phare de l’association et de ses projets auprès de divers publics (partenaires, médias, donateurs). Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies de développement et à la recherche de financements.

  • Coordination événementiel: Assurer la coordination de l’événement (fin Juin) : Identifier les prestataires (négociation de devis et organisation) / identifier puis gérer les équipes événementielles (caissières, roads, etc).

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience avérée en gestion de projet, idéalement acquise dans le secteur événementiel
  • Fort intérêt pour les enjeux liés à la jeunesse africaine et à la promotion de la culture africaine.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles, autonomie et proactivité.
  • Aisance relationnelle, capacité à travailler en équipe et à fédérer autour d'un projet commun.
  • Maîtrise des outils de communication et de gestion de projet.
  • Disponibilité pour des réunions régulières avec l'équipe et participation active aux événements de l'association.

Conditions :

Contrat de Prestation de services entre le 10 Mai et le 10 Juillet : plein temps : 3000 EUR / mois
