Société internationale ultra innovante spécialisée dans les appareils d’imagerie de la rétine, Optos propose aux Ophtalmologistes des appareils produisant des images haute résolution ultra-grand champ (UWF™), représentant 82 % ou 200° de la rétine, ce qu'aucun autre appareil n'est capable de faire en une seule prise. Intégrée au groupe Nikon depuis 2015 et en forte croissance grâce au caractère unique de sa technologie, Optos recrute pour sa filiale France son/sa Regional Sales Manager pour la région Paris Rive Droite + 7 départements de l’Est (proches Paris).

En lien direct avec le Sales Director France, ce(tte) Regional Sales Manager sera chargé(e) d’atteindre des objectifs commerciaux grâce au développement de relations privilégiées avec les ophtalmologistes et l’ensemble des intervenants.

Votre mission:

  • Prospecter sur le territoire pour créer les opportunités,
  • Négocier la vente des équipements d’imagerie auprès des Ophtalmologistes et de l’ensemble des acteurs travaillant avec eux,
  • Répondre aux appels d’offres et consultations dans le cadre de marchés publics,
  • Développer des relations de qualité avec les KOLs, l’ensemble des ophtalmologistes (public et privé) mais aussi les différents services impliqués dans la décision d’achat,
  • Assurer une veille commerciale et participer à des congrès régionaux et nationaux,
  • Délivrer un reporting hebdomadaire des actions menées et être de force de proposition.

Votre profil:

  • Doté(e) d’un état d’esprit entrepreneurial, vous êtes un/une véritable négociateur/trice,
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience de vente dans le domaine médical, une expérience en ophtalmologie serait un vrai plus,
  • Nous pourrions aussi être intéressés par les profils d’Orthoptistes ou d’Optométristes ayant une expérience commerciale,
  • Vous disposez d’une capacité à travailler de façon autonome et structurée,
  • La maitrise de l’anglais est nécessaire, les formations initiales et continues étant souvent dispensées en Ecosse ou aux US.
