Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité, nous sommes à la recherche d’un/une People Partner en CDD de 6 mois (aout 2024 à février 2025).
Rattaché(e) au Director Global People Partnering and International People Operations, et au sein d’une équipe RH de 6 personnes, tu as en charge le périmètre France et Iberia (env. 100 personnes) dont tu es le point de contact pour l’ensemble des sujets RH.
- Tu accompagnes nos managers et employés dans le déploiement de l’ensemble des processus RH clés : performance review, compensation review, benefits, mobilité, développement de carrière, formation, etc.
- Tu suis et analyses les KPIs RH afin de définir les plans d’action nécessaires,
- Tu es en charge du dialogue social avec notre CSE (préparation et co-animation des réunions sociales) et tu assures la mise à jour de la BDESE avec la People Operations Manager,
- Tu t’assures de la bonne mise à jour régulière des SIRH / bases de données RH,
- Tu gères en autonomie les process de recrutement pour la France et en binôme avec un recruteur du siège pour Iberia,
- En binôme avec la People Operations Manager de chaque pays, tu assures la meilleure expérience employés / candidats possible à travers des process rapides et efficaces (recrutement, onboarding, offboarding),
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste de généraliste RH dans un environnement international,
- Français et anglais courants obligatoires, toute autre langue est un plus,
- Très bonnes connaissances du droit social français, connaissance des droits sociaux espagnol et portugais est un plus,
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles,
- La connaissance des outils WorkDay, Greenhouse serait un plus.
