We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our EMEIA HR team as a People Partner for France. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the wider HR team across EMEIA as well as our central HR services teams to support and drive our people agenda.
Key Responsibilities- HR Advisory: Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and existing HR initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations casework, including consultation, grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, absence management, and settlement agreements.
- Coaching and Development: Coach and support line managers to drive capability in core people management skills, including training and briefings on policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Operational Support: Provide operational HR support to line managers, ensuring high-quality advice is given on absence management, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the HR Business Partner in tracking actual spend against forecast, using knowledge of new starters, leavers, and employee changes within the designated client group.
- Organizational Design: Support the HR Business Partner in implementing organizational design initiatives and change management.
- Union Relations: Support the HR Business Partner in negotiations and consultations with trade unions or other relevant labor organizations.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in generalist or HR Advisor roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and their application.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering high levels of service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and trust across the organization, with strong interpersonal skills to influence and educate business leaders.
- Data Analysis: Possess and develop a clear understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
