Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead People Business Partner, you will oversee all facets of human resources management for designated segments of our R&D and Product divisions. As a vital member of the EMEA People team, you will handle daily HR operations for a specified number of employees while also engaging in regional and international initiatives. This role necessitates close collaboration with local business units to comprehend their priorities and to create and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Your Duties Include:
- Serving as a People business partner for leadership and management within your area of responsibility.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of top-tier HR services and maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitating People-related programs across the region, including annual Performance Reviews and training initiatives, in partnership with our global People teams.
- Collaborating with an Employee Relations expert on ER issues, acting as a subject matter authority on employment law.
- Being the regional authority on policies and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal standards, cultural norms, and best practices while managing ER cases effectively.
- Working collaboratively with other People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to drive efficiency in core People processes.
- Providing coaching to managers to enhance their effectiveness in team management, especially in a dynamic environment.
- Fostering employee retention strategies.
- Identifying and managing Learning & Development opportunities within your scope.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
- Proficient knowledge of French employment law.
- Strong grasp of HR Management, development tools, and key processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent administrative and technical capabilities, including proficiency in HR Information Systems and MS Office; familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving and unstructured setting.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience in a high-velocity, multicultural, technology-driven organization is a plus.
