As a Reliability Performance Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring that our trucks (diesel, electric, and hydrogen) perform perfectly over the long term, without major breakdowns, while meeting customer expectations. You will oversee projects and reliability tests to optimize vehicle performance.

✨ Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead reliability tests (on-road, test benches, and digital simulations) to ensure vehicle durability.
• Manage a team of engineers responsible for conducting these tests.
• Analyze failure risks before production and propose solutions.
• Use data and artificial intelligence to improve and optimize testing processes.
• Ensure projects are completed within the timeline and budget .
• Communicate test results and report any issues encountered.

• Define reliability objectives for each project.
• Develop a verification and validation (V&V) plan to meet these objectives.
• Continuously improve testing methods by integrating innovative tools such as digital simulation and data analysis .

• Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in vehicle reliability/durability.
• Strong skills in project management and cross-functional team leadership .
• Technical expertise in trucks and their applications.
• Interest in using data analysis and AI to optimize processes.
• Fluent in both French and English , written and spoken.
