Job Summary

We are seeking an Integrity Execution Manager to support our expanding operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.
This role is based ONSHORE in a rotational schedule.
The primary responsibility is to enhance the execution strategy and scheduling for all integrity and maintenance tasks performed on the project, which includes inspections, coatings, composite wraps, and structural repairs (team size approximately 150 personnel).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct the development of execution strategies for all integrity initiatives and repairs, serving as the main contact for execution matters. Utilize cross-departmental insights to maximize execution efficiency. Establish and implement targeted work programs and campaigns. Track project progress, challenges, and productivity, providing support to execution teams. Supervise contractor planning, material sourcing, mobilization, fabrication, construction, and installation activities throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the liaison between offshore execution teams and the Integrity / Reliability Manager. Provide expertise in construction core competencies. Foster effective communication and relationships with contractors. Lead project and execution planning for minor facility modifications as necessary. Assist in turnaround planning and execution activities as required.DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Promote on-site safety awareness and performance among contractors and construction team members. Support contractors in early construction planning prior to site mobilization. Serve as the interface between engineering and execution teams. Ensure quality oversight for vendor-executed scopes, addressing any quality concerns. Collaborate with contractors on field-level changes, including scope and costs. Provide assistance for pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, and systems completion as needed. Deliver project monitoring data and metrics to ensure alignment with objectives and strategies. Perform additional duties as assigned.Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project activities related to oil and gas production and development with a degree. Over 15 years of experience in project activities related to oil and gas production and development without a degree. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment. Knowledge of project planning and maturation principles. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic; self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills. Capability to work in offshore environments. Must be physically and mentally prepared for the demands of the role.Working with SPIE
