#Dans le cadre de notre développement, Digisap Solutions recrute un(e) collaborateur(ice) Customer Care afin de renforcer l'équipe du service Relation Client.

Le Customer Care est centré client . Sous la responsabilité de notre Directrice Relation Client, soucieuse de faire monter en compétences chacun de ses collaborateurs, il/elle complètera l’équipe pour la gestion des clients.

Assurer le service client via nos principaux canaux de support tels que les emails, garantissant que les cas clients soient résolus dans les meilleurs délais.

Tu as une expérience réussie en Service Clients.
Tu maitrises les techniques d’accompagnement et du service client ainsi que la boite à outils (ZenDesk, CRM, FAQ …)
Tu partages la bonne information au bon interlocuteur, tu es un élément moteur qui dynamise l’échange
Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par la culture client et le digital, avec l’envie de contribuer au développement d’une start-up

➡️ Localisation : Paris (2ème) + 2 jours de télétravail / semaine
➡️ CDI temps plein
➡️ Prise de poste : immédiate
