Nous recherchons un/e Customer Operations Manager pour accompagner nos clients et leur faciliter la vie Votre Rôle :

Vous êtes le garant d’un support client de grande qualité. Votre mission est d’apporter une réponse pertinente et adaptée à chacune des interrogations de nos clients tant sur plan fonctionnel que technique.

Vous êtes le premier contact entre les clients et les équipes techniques.Les missions :

Vous serez en charge de la plateforme de support Zendesk et de son paramétrage

Répondre aux demandes entrantes des clients de manière réactive et adaptée à chaque contexte

Apporter des conseils à forte valeur ajoutée, en prenant en compte le métier du client, pour l’aider à générer un maximum de valeur avec la solution

Faire l’analyse des remontés clients afin de reproduire les potentiels bugs

Assurer le suivi relationnel des bugs entre les clients et l’équipe de dévellopement

Remonter les pistes d’amélioration identifiées avec nos utilisateurs à l’équipe produit

Créer du contenu afin d’enrichir la documentation Mozzaik365 des solutions que vous mettez en place pour nos clientsVotre équipe :

Vous serez en relation étroite avec de nombreux interlocuteurs :

L’équipe de développement et le Product Manager afin de traiter la remontée et la correction de bug

Le Product Marketing afin de mettre en place la documentation répondant aux questions les plus fréquentes des utilisateurs

Le Customer Success Manager afin de partager les retours clients et vos expertises
