Nous recrutons un(e) Sales Development Representative pour notre client, Driveco, pionnier français de la recharge de véhicules. Driveco a pour mission de rendre accessible à tous la mobilité électrique, en proposant l’expérience la plus simple, en développant le réseau le plus fiable et en fournissant une énergie renouvelable, pour construire une société plus écologique société reconnue dans le secteur de l’environnement et de la mobilité électrique.
Ce poste est également ouvert à Lille, Toulouse, Marseille et Nantes.
Le poste
Le.la Sales Development Representative (SDR) est un.e acteur.trice clé du succès de l’équipe commerciale. Sa mission est de générer et qualifier les Leads, d’identifier les Opportunités de vente et d’initier le processus de vente. En résumé, le rôle de SDR est de chasser des leads.Sous la responsabilité du Head of Sales, le.la SDR travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et marketing pour augmenter les revenus et atteindre les objectifs de vente. Principales responsabilités :·         Génération de Leads : définir et mettre en oeuvre une stratégie de prospection sur l’ensemble des canaux de vente basée sur une liste préétablie de comptes prioritaires et de critères.·         Prise de contact : initier le premier contact avec tous les Leads entrants afin de comprendre leurs besoins et déterminer leur adéquation avec les produits et services DRIVECO.·         Qualification des Leads : qualifier les Leads selon des critères prédéfinis.·         Création d’Opportunités : présenter DRIVECO à l’ensemble des Leads qualifiés pour susciter leur intérêt et les transformer en Opportunités. Transférer les contacts et organiser les rendez-vous pour les Partnership & Account Developers (PADs).·         Gestion du pipeline : gérer et mettre à jour les informations des Leads dans notre CRM Salesforce. Tenir un compte rendu de l’ensemble des interactions et des activités de vente.·         Collaboration : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour développer des tactiques de vente efficaces et améliorer le processus de qualification et de conversion des Leads. Partager vos observations et les retours des Leads à l’équipe Marketing pour optimiser les efforts de génération de Leads.  Objectifs :Le.la SDR doit atteindre des objectifs en termes de : - Leads générés - Leads contactés - Leads qualifiés - Contacts créés - Exactitude des données sur les Leads dans le CRM
