Air Liquide Advanced Technologies apporte des solutions efficaces pour nos clients de l’aéronautique, du spatial, de la recherche scientifique et des nouvelles énergies (hydrogène et biogaz) , dans le domaine des hautes technologies et des technologies avancées. Elle fournit également des technologies innovantes pour les besoins des marchés du Groupe.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Air Liquide Advanced Technologies (ALAT) apporte des solutions efficaces pour nos clients de l’aéronautique, du spatial, de la recherche scientifique et des nouvelles énergies (hydrogène et biogaz) , dans le domaine des hautes technologies et des technologies avancées. Elle fournit également des technologies innovantes pour les besoins des marchés du Groupe.Ce que nous offrons :

La Direction des Projets a pour vocation d’exécuter des projets complexes pour le compte des Business Unit d’Air Liquide Advanced Technologies, que ce soit dans le domaine du spatial, de la Cryogénie profonde, des Nouvelles énergies ou pour des applications transverses à toutes ou parties de ces environnements.
En tant que Responsable Projets, vous participez à l’élaboration des propositions en amont et êtes le garant de leur bonne réalisation dans le respect des objectifs sécurité- qualité / conformité -coût-délais et de satisfaction client.
Analytique et rigoureux·se, vous garantissez la maîtrise des risques (techniques, contractuels, financiers, planning…) et l’application des règles internes (Industrial Management System, Processus Qualité) , tout en développant un sens du résultat en assurant la faisabilité et en optimisant l’exécution du projet.
Doté·e de bonnes qualités d’animation d’équipe et d’une capacité de décision, vous managez fonctionnellement l’équipe projet en développant un esprit collaboratif, en motivant son adhésion aux objectifs du projet et son implication pour une exécution performante.
Vous interagissez au quotidien avec les services impliqués dans l’exécution du projet, tels que Bureau d'Études, Achats, fournisseurs, sous-traitants de travaux, la Fabrication, l’Import / Export, la Direction Financière, la Gestion des Contrats.
Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
De formation technique supérieure Bac+5, vous proposez une expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets EPC complexes à l’international, clés en mains ou d'ingénierie d’envergure (>20M€) et maîtrisez les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projets.
Vous avez développé des compétences fortes dans la gestion contractuelle, la négociation de réclamations ou d’avenants, la planification, la maîtrise des risques, le contrôle financier, le management d’équipes multiculturelles et multidisciplinaires.
Vous avez évolué dans les domaines de la grande industrie, de l’énergie, de l’Oil&Gas, du biogaz ou de l'infrastructure.
En travaillant sur des marchés d’avenir, cette nouvelle expérience enrichissante valorisera autant vos aptitudes relationnelles et de management transverse, vos qualités de gestionnaire que votre capacité à mener un projet à son terme.
