Un restaurant, une immersion

Notre team de passionnés s’est réunie pour transformer les sorties restau’ en moment inoubliable en alliant sonorisation, décor de cinéma et vidéoprojection. Au menu ? Une cuisine travaillée sur la thématique du restaurant avec des produits frais et de saison. L’expérience n’est plus seulement culinaire : elle est du sol au plafond, du papier toilette aux sucrettes.

Notre ambition

Ouvrir 15 restaurants d’ici 2026. Nous avons déjà trois immersions à Paris :

Under The Sea, pour une exploration magique des fonds marins ;

Stellar, transformez vous en astronaute et partez en mission dans l’espace ;

Jungle Palace, pour une aventure dans une jungle en plein coeur de Paris ;

En tant que Strategic & Operational Marketing Manager chez Ephemera, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre des stratégies marketing visant à renforcer la présence de la marque et à stimuler l’engagement des clients. Tu superviseras également une équipe composée d’un Community Manager et d’un Assistant marketing manager.

Responsabilités principales :

Stratégie Marketing : Etre responsable de la réussite des plans marketing et de la position d’Ephemera sur le marché.

Axes stratégiques : Définir les axes stratégiques de développement des nouveaux restaurants et de gestion des restaurants existants (marketing innovation et marketing opérationnel).

Plans marketing : Élaborer avec son équipe les plans marketing et toutes les actions nécessaires à court, moyen et long terme sur les restaurants existants (réseaux sociaux, actions commerciales, les événements, etc.)

Community Management : Superviser la modération des différents réseaux sociaux en manageant l’équipe com’, rester à l’affût des tendances pour proposer un contenu pertinent et contribuer à la mise en place des communications de contenu.

Ouverture des Nouveaux Restaurants : Participer activement aux lancements des nouveaux restaurants, en coordonnant la charte graphique, l’identité de chaque restaurant, les événements de lancement, les tenues du personnel, etc.

Production de Contenus : Organiser les shootings, les tournages et d’autres activités de production de contenu pour promouvoir la marque et ses produits.

Marketing Événementiel : Mettre en avant nos événements immersifs réalisés dans nos établissements (support à créer, communication sur les event B2B)

Supports et Newsletters : Créer et mettre en œuvre divers documents marketing et newsletters pour informer et engager la clientèle.

Gestion de la Relation Prestataires : Assurer une communication efficace avec les fournisseurs, les imprimeurs et autres prestataires, tout en coordonnant les demandes de devis et les négociations.

Création et Mise à Jour de Supports : Concevoir et mettre à jour divers supports tels que les livrets d’accueil, les modèles de documents internes et externes, etc.
