Au sein d'une équipe d'Account Executive couvrant l'ensemble du Nord, vous prenez la responsabilité de nos ventes sur un marché porteur.Vos missions en tant qu'Account Executive, poste basé à Lille, sont les suivantes :Accompagné par les équipes marketing et téléprospection, vous constituez un portefeuille d'opportunité de nouvelles affaires : - Vous prospectez en direct des entreprises de 50 à 5 000 salariés, - Vous effectuez des séances régulières de téléprospection, - Vous reportez votre activité dans notre outil CRM (Salesforce). Vous réalisez des rendez-vous de découverte et de vente auprès de décideurs d'entreprises multi-sectorielles : - Vous identifiez et qualifiez les besoins des entreprises, - Vous illustrez les bénéfices de l'offre dans le cadre d'une méthode, - Vous réalisez des comptes-rendus précis et exhaustifs à l'issue de chaque échange. Vous développez les ventes par l'acquisition et la signature de nouveaux clients : - Vous rédigez des propositions commerciales adaptées et engageantes, - Vous négociez les aspects financiers de chaque contrat, - Vous gérez en toute autonomie le cycle de vente, de la prise de rendez-vous jusqu'à la signature du contrat.
De formation supérieure en commerce ou en ingénierie, vous disposez d'un véritable tempérament commercial et d'un profil « chasseur ».Vous avez une excellente capacité à convaincre, un bon niveau rédactionnel et vous savez vous adresser à des décideurs (DRH, DAF et DG).Vous avez le goût du challenge, souhaitez évoluer dans une équipe ambitieuse et devenir un véritable expert de la vente de solutions cloud et de prestations de services.Le candidat doit avoir un esprit cartésien, une forte capacité de travail et une curiosité intellectuelle lui permettant de comprendre les enjeux liés à un environnement social mouvant extrêmement complexe.
