The Chloé's Sales Floor Leader is the first Ambassador of the maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the chloe family and supporting the team on a 360 level.

Her/his main responsibilities, without being exhaustive consists in:
**SALES COACHING & CLIENT CHAMPIONING**
- Actively participates to boutique KPI achievements by directly engaging, selling and following up with clients
- Coaches and Leads the team on cross category selling, upselling for the best boutique performance
- Coaches sales team based on clients connection to initiate and develop long-term relationships with clients (give feedback on seliing process, propose questions to be asked etc)
- Ensure sales team is using appropriate storytelling and wording on the sales floor
- Manage with sales associate 1st level of clients escalation in store or at distance

**TEAM LEADER**
- Ensure the relevant zoning in store at anytime of the day, team grooming, client identification
- organizes energizing team briefing and ensures consistently high level of motivation
- Daily sales floor supervision and coaching
- Shares best practices and success stories
- Is responsible for the boutique in the absence of the leaders

**A BOUTIQUE EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR**
- Leads by example to improve customer service and service excellence (VM, maintenance, hospitality, stock organisation, boutique environment management)
- Ensures implementation of all guidelines related to store (grooming, boutique check list, compliance etc)
- Support management team in boutique organisation, planning etc

**We are looking for someone who has good interpersonal and leadership skills, loves fashion and has a positive attitude. You are known for your attention to detail and have good skills when it comes to client experience.
