Sales Leader – France & NW Africa

About Us: This position involves overseeing various compressor products (Ingersoll Rand / Compair / Gardner Denver / Champion) and different sales channels (direct / distribution / customer centers) in the region to drive growth and increase profit margins.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for achieving profitable growth and sales objectives for compressors in France / Africa zone.
  • Lead sales of compressed air solutions, equipment, and services in the region.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a skilled sales team.
  • Visit key and potential customers to increase market share.
  • Manage sales team activities and forecasts.
  • Develop understanding of industrial markets and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and organize technical training for distributors.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, economics, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Required 60% travel across France and NW Africa.

Key Competencies:

  • Sales leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial markets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
