The Role
We are looking for an HRBP to join our team.

You will report directly to Zoé , our Head of People and work closely with our People team and Ovrsea's managers.

HR are a cornerstone of Ovrsea's strategy growth.

Retention is our main focus therefore you will be responsible for supporting Ovrsea's teams and managers, leading ambitious cultural initiatives and managing our HR and administrative processes.

What will you do?
Daily HR tasks (60%)

  • Act as a business partner for managers: give appropriate support and advices
  • Become the gotoperson for every Ovrsea's employees: build trusty relationship
  • Oversee all HR processes: annual review, pulse survey etc.
  • Supervise administrative processes by managing our HR officer in charge of: payroll, contract, benefits etc.
  • Lead discussion with the staff representative
HR build topics (30%)

  • Lead ambitious and innovative initiatives around: career development, compensation & benefits, performance management, culture, employee experience etc.
  • Analyse our practices through relevant HR metrics and suggest improvements
Legal (10%)

  • Ensure our compliance with applicable labor laws
Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years in a HR role with a track record of supporting managers
  • A doer mindset: ready to tackle matters head on
  • You display high degree of rigor and attention to details
  • Ease for building relationship
  • French native or bilingual speaker, you are comfortable in an international environment where English is common language
