Legal&HR Talents, a recruitment agency focused on Legal and HR professions, is in search of a Human Resources Business Associate for a client operating in the distribution industry.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Organize meetings with employee representative bodies at both national and local levels.
- Business Collaboration: Serve as a Business Partner to aid operational Directors and support managers in addressing individual and collective situations.
- HR Initiatives and Change Management: Oversee all HR components for HR initiatives and assist managers during change management processes.
- Disciplinary Procedures: Ensure the appropriate management of disciplinary actions and termination processes, while also addressing individual and collective disputes in conjunction with legal advisors.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the responsibilities of HR Managers in the field.
Candidate Profile: A Master's degree in Human Resources is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should exhibit seriousness, dynamism, and excellent organizational skills, along with autonomy, agility, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Occasional travel to various sites may be necessary.
