Description du poste
Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de Direction Talent & Culture en tant que HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) pour accompagner les directions corporate de l'entreprise. Vous serez en charge de plusieurs équipes de ~300 personnes dans le monde, dont 150 en France.
Compétences requises
Vous devez avoir une expérience de 5/7 ans en RH opérationnel et être capable de faciliter les échanges entre les équipes et les directions. Vos qualités relationnelles et votre sens de l'écoute seront essentiels pour gagner en proximité avec vos équipes. Vous devez être orienté résultat et capable de bâtir votre stratégie RH en lien avec le business.
Responsabilités
Vous serez chargé de l'accompagnement du business, de la gestion des talents et de la conduite du changement et de l'engagement. Vous devrez également veiller à l'application du droit du travail et des accords d'entreprise, garantir un climat social sain et suivre les contentieux individuels du périmètre.
Qualifications
Vous devez avoir une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les équipes et les directions. Vous devez également être curieux et capable de proposer des solutions innovantes aux équipes et aux collègues.
Accomplissements attendus
Vous serez attendu pour accompagner les directions corporate de l'entreprise et les équipes de ~300 personnes dans le monde, dont 150 en France.
