Au sein du **cluster commercial représentant 7 hôtels **4 et 5 étoiles Parisiens (Melia Paris la Défense, Melia Innside Paris Charles de Gaulle, Melia Paris Champs Elysées, Melia Paris Vendôme, Villa Marquis, Member of Melia Collection, Maison Colbert, Member of Melia Collection, Hôtel Paris Opéra, Affiliated by Melia), **le groupe Melia Hôtels International** est à la recherche de son futur talent en tant que **Sales Manager Luxury and Travel Trade H/F.**

Sous la supervision de la Directrice Commerciale, vous serez chargé des segments Luxury and Travel Trade de l'ensemble des hôtels Parisiens. Vous aurez pour missions principales, d'attirer, de développer et de fidéliser un portefeuille de comptes (entreprises basées en France). Vous serez en charge de mettre en œuvre les actions définies dans le plan d'action commercial pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du Business Plan des hôtels.

**Quelles seront vos missions principales ?**

Participer à la préparation des budgets et à la préparation du Business Plan des hôtels
Suivre la réalisation des objectifs du portefeuille de comptes et des comptes globaux
Préparer un reporting hebdomadaire sur la performance de vos comptes
Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires sales
Mettre à jour le CRM de manière hebdomadaire
Gérer les comptes nationaux non gérés par les Global Sales Account Managers.

Promouvoir les hôtels et les logiciels du groupe auprès de ces comptes (MeliaPro, TravelLabs, etc.)
Fidéliser et développer son portefeuille clients
Prospecter et générer de nouveaux comptes locaux et de nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour l'entreprise
Recevoir et répondre aux demandes des clients, répondre aux appels d'offres
Négocier et rédiger les offres commerciales
Participer à des salons, workshops et actions commerciales afin de donner de la visibilité aux hôtels ainsi qu'à la marque du groupe Melia Hotels International
Entretenir une relation commerciale avec les principaux organismes touristiques et organisations professionnelles (Bureaux des Congrès, Offices de Tourisme)
Promouvoir et développer des actions commerciales virtuelles pour les hôtels de la région
Organiser et participer aux visites des hôtels

**Quel profil recherchons nous?**

Vous avez une expérience réussie de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (sur le segment MICE et/ou CORPORATE) de préférence dans un cluster commercial (2 hôtels ou plus)
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché parisien
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (oral et écrit), la maitrise de la langue espagnole est un plus
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels: Lanyon/Cvent Transient, Cvent MICE, Opera Cloud. La connaissance des logiciels Salesforce CRM, Power BI est un plus
Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes de communication, un sens inné de la négociation et de la relation client
Vous avez une bonne capacité d'organisation, d'adaptabilité et avez le sens des priorités
