Vous travaillez en constante communication et coordination interne avec les équipes Marketing, Merchandising, Logistiques, Achats, Marchés, Image, Architecture, CRM ainsi qu'avec les agences de création design et/ ou consultants externes.
ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES
- Développement, amélioration, optimisation et implémentation des supports PLV suivant les plans de lancement et rotation produits, les animations saisonnières / spécifiques marchés des vitrines etc.
- Développement, amélioration, optimisation et implémentation des supports OAV suivant les besoins
- Développement, amélioration et implémentation du catalogue cadeaux institutionnel et saisonnier pour clients / presse / interne dans le respect du timing et target prices impartis
- Développement, amélioration, optimisation et implémentation du packaging (institutionnel et d'animation ponctuelle)
- Accompagnement des marchés dans la compréhension, l'appropriation et la parfaite application des guidelines liées à votre périmètre, ainsi que la compréhension et l'adaptation ponctuelle à des besoins commerciaux locaux / spécifiques
- Monitorer périodiquement le VM en boutique à travers la mise en place de photos reports pour assurer le respect et le dépassement des standards, l'échange constructif de feedbacks et l'identification des best practices
- Veille concurrentielle des activations et standards VM
- Suivant le plan stratégique de la maison vous pourriez être en charge ponctuellement du développement et implémentation de décor d'animation de vitrine et façade
Diplômes et expérience :
- Diplômé(e) d'une formation spécialisée dans le Visual Merchandising, business, communication ou diplôme équivalent
- Expérience : min 5 ans d'expérience en visual marchandising dans le retail de luxe
Qualités et compétences :
- Vous avez une forte sensibilité esthétique, une connaissance du design et des standards d'excellence du monde du luxe
- Vous accordez de l'importance à l'approche écoresponsable dans votre métier
- Vous êtes capable de comprendre stratégies et besoins commerciaux pour les traduire dans les activations VM que vous gérez
- Vous combinez créativité, image et efficacité commerciale
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en coordination étroite avec les autres départements de manière constructive et efficace
- Reconnu.e pour votre sens du détail, analyse, rigueur et organisation
- Investi.e et autonome dans la gestion des projets qui vous sont confiés, vous vous assurez de remonter les informations à votre direction (reporting rigoureux) ; vous êtes garant du bon déroulement et validation des étapes du planning
- et fort.e de proposition
- Enthousiaste, positif et dynamique, vous disposez d'une aisance relationnelle vous permettant de comprendre et vous adapter à des contextes multiculturels.
Compétences techniques :
- Langue : Anglais courant exigés (oral et écrit)
- Logiciels : excellente maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et Power Point) et de la Suite Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, In design) - la maîtrise de logiciels de 3D est un plus
