**Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)**
En tant que HRBP, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Administration du personnel dans son intégralité, de l'entrée à la sortie du salarié
- Gestion des éléments variables de paie et contrôle de la paie
- Assurer les relations avec les organismes sociaux et administratifs
- Planification et assistance pour les réunions du CSE
- Mise en place et suivi du plan de formation, gestion des formations
- Gestion du parc automobile (renouvellement et restitution, avis de contravention, sinistres, relations avec les prestataires et assurances)
Votre profil:
Issu d'une formation en ressources humaines (idéalement Bac+5), vous disposez au moins de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en RH.
Vous aimez le contact, les rencontres et le travail en équipe.
Vous êtes utilisateur confirmé des outils nécessaires au pilotage de vos activités : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et surtout SAP.
Vous communiquez aussi bien en français qu'en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Vous êtes enthousiaste, rigoureux(-se) et organisé(e).
Poste:
CDD de 6 mois (remplacement congé maternité) de mi-avril à mi-octobre 2023.
Poste basé à Croissy-sur-Seine (78).
Rémunération : 38-40K euros.
