Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in France. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and management teams in France.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and management teams on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with site management and global HR to ensure alignment with company-wide HR strategies and policies.
- Support the implementation of business strategies and initiatives, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Act as a reflection surface for site management and HR France on local business-related topics.
- Participate in HR updates and contribute to the development of HR systems and processes.
- BAC+5 degree in management, HR, or labour law, or significant experience in an HRBP position.
- Fluency in English (min. B2) and French (min. C1) oral/written.
- Proven knowledge of employment labour law.
- Data analytics skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Business acumen to align HR initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Change management skills to plan, implement, and evaluate change initiatives.
- Communication skills to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders.
- Project management skills to define, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
