Permanent, Full-Time Position based in Vélizy Villacoublay (78), France.

MissionsBased on worldwide Channel and local Geo guidance, with tight relationship with other sales managers of the Eurowest team, direct link with partners sales managers, your duties will be:

Define a strategy and monitor an annual development plan of 3DEXPERIENCE sales, by territory, by partners and by domains.

Clear priorities and guidelines will have to be definedFind, plan, execute new sales development strategies, finding innovative new market for growth, through domains/brands or industries approachSustain, by your leadership, growth on new business and ensure success of our renew & expand strategy with customer success teamMonitor pipeline, report a weekly forecast and Estimated Landing on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basisBe accountable with bookings, growth expectation, business plan and action plansDevelop co-held strategies with other Business Development Managers from the team (Simulation, DraftSight, New Markets, Startups....), and define tailor-made territory approach with local Partner Sales Manager and Strategic Account Managers when neededEstablish tight and trusted relationships with Sales Managers of our partners to understand and answer their needs and develop 3DEXPERIENCE footprint on our prospects and installed baseBe knowledgeable and act as a leader on knowledge and know-how diffusion - internally and externally (to partners) - of our extended product portfolio, strategy, targets, go-to-market, updates, value-path...Involve yourself in major deals when needed, develop customer relationships with prospects and clients throughout different steps of the sales cycleTeamwork with Marketing team to define and execute dedicated Sales & Marketing initiatives and contents able to raise awareness, reputation and generate leads & opportunitiesBuild and animate frequent live and online events (Team facing, Partner facing, Customer facing) focused on our main local languages (French, English, Spanish...)Propose new initiatives to market solutions, to enable partners and go-to-market strategies to improve sales, upsell and crossell, Cloud adoption by customers and partners or operational excellenceThese missions will need your local involvement and frequent travels.

All must be done following 3DS ethics and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications10+ years experience with complex software sales management (ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, CAD) Engineer or Sales professional backgroundAbility to deal with pluridisciplinary environment and manage stakeholders on sales and technical topicsProven autonomy, teamspirit and ability to work with internal and external networks and extended teamsLeadership skills with experience building and growing high-performing sales teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong skills in analytics and reportingSales & strategy focused, results drivenFluency in English and FrenchAble to travel (national and international) on a regular basis
