Notre solution est pratique, simple et de qualité : juste un clic et un Lavandier est à la porte du client en 15 à 45 minutes pour récupérer la corbeille de linge à entretenir ou livrer les vêtements propres et frais. Le LAVOIR**MODERNE** réserve à sa clientèle un accueil haut de gamme tout en proposant des prix accessibles au plus grand nombre.
Avec une activité en très forte croissance, et avec d'importants enjeux de développement à très court terme, le LAVOIR**MODERNE** recherche à renforcer son équipe Distribution, acteur clé de la réussite de son objectif.
**Votre mission**
Sous la direction du City Manager, vous occuperez les fonctions de Team Leader. A la tête d'une équipe composée de Lavandiers vous aurez la charge de:
- La gestion et la bonne tenue de votre hub
- L'ouverture et la fermeture du hub
- La préparation et le contrôle des commandes en direction des clients
- La préparation et le contrôle des commandes en direction de l'usine de production
- La gestion et l'entretien du parc de véhicules
- La gestion de votre équipe de Lavandiers
- La supervision dynamique des opérations courantes de retrait et de livraison de linge
- La gestion du stock et l'approvisionnement des fournitures
- L'affectation des missions de retrait et de livraison de linge aux lavandiers (dispatch)
**Conditions de travail**
Lieux de travail : hubs parisiens
Durée hebdomadaire : 39h. Horaires de travail variables sur la plage suivante:
- Semaine 16h30 à 22h30
- Selon activité, Samedi 09h30 à 14h et/ou 16h30 à 20h30
**Profil recherché**
- Vous êtes de formation BAC+2 à +3, et vous avez déjà une première expérience dans la vente et / ou le management d'équipe. Vous savez motiver une équipe, hiérarchiser et gérer vos priorités ainsi que le stress de l'opérationnel.
- Titulaire du BSR et/ou du permis de conduire
- Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et rigoureux. Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et le souci du travail bien fait. Vous n'hésitez pas à dépasser vos fonctions pour résoudre un problème urgent tout en respectant strictement les procédures.
- Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Vous êtes souriant, poli et avec une excellente présentation et savez représenter et véhiculer une image sérieuse d'une entreprise.
- Vous êtes en mesure d'évoluer dans un milieu industriel, et vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques
- Et surtout, vous êtes très motivé à la perspective de rejoindre une entreprise en plein développement et de participer à sa réussite dans la durée
