Nous recherchons un Directeur de Projet. Vous reportez au Hydro Leader EMEA et êtes responsable de la conduite de l'exécution de projet et de la stratégie de certains projets en EMEA afin de maximiser les résultats du Projet par rapport au Cash, aux Revenues, et à la Marge.
Votre mission est la suivante:
- Execution stratégique projet : sur la base du contrat, développe et met en œuvre la stratégie globale d'exécution du projet afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance du projet.
- Communication: représente GE auprès du client; contrôle et gère cette interface et cette relation. Gère la boucle de communication interne et externe Organisation du projet: met en place et sécurise les ressources nécessaires à l'exécution du projet. Organise l'équipe de projet et s'assure que les membres de l'équipe ont des rôles, des responsabilités, des interfaces définis et clairement définis, et sont responsabilisés dans le cadre de leurs tâches.
- Gestion des performances: surveille en permanence et, si nécessaire, fait rapport sur les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) nécessaires. Prend immédiatement toutes les actions et décisions nécessaires pour garantir des performances financières, en termes de temps, de qualité et de sécurité afin de maximiser les objectifs du projet.
- Gestion de la qualité, de l'environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité: établit, met en œuvre et surveille le plan qualité, les procédures et le plan EHS du projet. Assure la meilleure conformité aux spécifications au coût final le plus bas.
- Gestion des réclamations : définit la stratégie de gestion des réclamations et dirige les actions en conséquence. Traite les réclamations en décidant des actions et en les tenant compte de la stratégie définie.
- Risques et opportunités: définit un plan de gestion des risques. Met à jour et examine en permanence les risques et les opportunités du projet. Evalue et décide des actions qui bénéficient à la performance globale du projet. Suit la mise en œuvre de ces actions et Grenoble ARA 38041 leurs résultats.
- Processus du projet: assume l'entière responsabilité du projet par le biais de la passation des ventes jusqu'à ce que toutes les obligations soient remplies par FAC et / ou de la passation au secteur des services (le cas échéant). Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer le processus global du projet. Fournit également des informations aux services des ventes et autres fonctions commerciales sur les performances du projet et des processus.
- Gestion des personnes: constitue, dirige et guide une équipe de projet engagée qui garantit les performances de haut niveau du projet. Définit les buts et objectifs 92100 du projet, évalue la performance par rapport à ceux-ci et fournit une évaluation de la performance et des plans de développement à la direction fonctionnelle.
- Planification du projet: élabore et surveille le calendrier principal, gère le flottement du projet pour assurer son achèvement dans les délais
Profil recherché
De formation MBA, Ingénieur ou équivalant, vous disposez au minimum de 10 ans d'experience dans les domaines suivants:
- gestion des contrats.
- gestion de grands projets industriels.
- Expérience sur site souhaitée.
- Expérience dans la gestion des clients externes.
Vous faites la différence par vos qualités de communication et votre leadership. Capacité démontrée d'analyse et de résolution des problèmes.
