ENTER THE GAME
Au sein de la Growth Tribe, le Project Manager Growth Platform supervisera la coordination des projets transversaux visant à améliorer notre outil CRM.
L'objectif majeur sera d'optimiser et de développer nos canaux de communication à destination de nos joueurs à la fois au sein et en dehors de l'application Betclic (Email, Push, SMS).
En plus de cette initiative clé, ce rôle nécessitera également de gérer des projets transversaux qui impactent notre outil CRM (Scheduling & Targeting) de la conception à la réalisation.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
Dans ce cadre, tes missions sont les suivantes :
- Piloter et coordonner les évolutions des outils de CRM afin de maximiser l'expérience du joueur et d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle pour les utilisateurs internes.
- Cadrer et piloter les projets transversaux de la plateforme CRM.
- Coordonner chaque évolution et optimisation avec toutes les parties prenantes du CRM (Data, équipes techniques et utilisateurs internes).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Product Owner Growth Platform pour spécifier l'expérience utilisateur et faciliter la roadmap produit.
- Agir en tant qu'expert central vis-à-vis des parties prenantes (équipes data et tech) sur les projets CRM.

Ce job est fait pour toi si :
- Tu disposes d'une expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 5 ans qui te permet d'encadrer et de conduire des projets complexes et à long terme dans une organisation matricielle.
- Tu maîtrises impérativement les outils CRM tels que Salesforce, Adobe Campaign)
- Véritable expert CRM, tu es proactif, capable de challenger les spécificités existantes et de s'inspirer des benchmarks / de la veille concurrentielle pour offrir la meilleure expérience CRM possible.
- Tu es doté d'une capacité à décrire un problème et/ou une optimisation avec simplicité, quelle que soit sa complexité ou sa technicité.
- Et enfin, tu parles anglais couramment
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

Nous te demanderons ensuite de réaliser le Test AssessFirst (personnalité, motivations et réflexion)
Tu rencontreras ensuite - Renaud - ton futur manager puis Paul - Directeur Growth. Enfin, Audrey te recevra en entretien final RH et vous débrieferez ensemble ton Test AssessFirst
