Wir, die emagine GmbH, benötigen ab sofort Unterstützung im Datenmanagement für eine Bank (m/w/d).

Ziel der Zusammenarbeit ist die professionelle Umsetzung des Datenmanagements, die Aufbereitung und Optimierung der Datenqualität sowie Etablierung in diversen Bereichen, die mit Datenmanagement zu tun haben. Der Wunsch ist, dass aktiv im Datenmanagement gearbeitet wird. Ein Tool ist bisher dazu nicht in Gebrauch. Die Bank betreibt keine eigenen DWH, sondern nutzt externe Systeme.

Start: gern ab Juli

Dauer: mind , Option auf Verlängerung

Standort: Remote // bei Onboarding und wichtigen Absprachen oder Abteilungsmeetings vor Ort in Berlin

Auslastung: Teilzeit (50 %, 2-3 Tage pro Woche)

Vertragsart: Contracting/ Dienstleistung (Bitte 2 Stundensätze Remote und Berlin EUR angeben)

Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche Beratung hinsichtlich des Datenmanagements in einer genossenschaftlichen Bank Vorstellung bei internen Fachverantwortlichen, welche Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung es gibt inkl. eines intensiven Austauschs, Brainstorming und Auswahl der besten Lösung Erstellen von Workshop-Unterlagen sowie Moderation und Präsentation von Schulungen Einbeziehung verschiedener Fachabteilungen: z.B. Kosten-Nutzen-Abstimmung, gibt es einen Datenkatalog, Datenerhebung Beratung hinsichtlich regulatorischer Anforderungen Sicherstellen der Datenqualität und Datenstrategie sowie Data Governance Einführung eines einheitlichen Standards im Datenmanagement durch Diskurs

Ihre Kenntnisse

Langjährige Erfahrungen als Datenmanager Regulatorisches Knowhow RPA-Verständnis notwendig Bankenerfahrung notwendig, Genossenschaft oder Atruvia-Hintergrund wünschenswert Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstark
