Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our FR Customer Success team. You will work closely with them to ensure that our clients are making the most out of the AB Tasty tools. You will also gain your own client portfolio to structure successful relationships and be their main point of contact in order to manage their day-to-day requests.

Contract & Location:

Permanent full-time contractParis OfficeSmooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)What you will do:Manage a customer portfolio, maximise its expansion while reducing churnAct as a strategic consultant to key account clients on long-term testing and personalization optimization strategiesFollow your customer portfolio development (onboarding, consulting, retention, expansion)Maintain high level of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer and loyalty Provide Tests and Personalizations technical consulting & set-up with the solutionAnalyse and identify new areas for optimization following data analysisRecap all activities, performance and measurement KPIs, highlighting insights and success to ensure we are making data driven decisions to C-levels and end-usersLead CRO meetings, workshops & training Help provide customer references and case studies; provide constructive feedback to the product team to improve AB Tasty productsWhat we look for:Degree in Business, Economics, IT, Digital or MarketingAt least 3 years work of experience in a related field as a Customer Success or Account Manager for a SaaS companyCustomer-focused, organised with a proactive mindsetFluent in French and with excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAnalytical thinker who can translate complex data into profitable marketing plansInterest in UX, e-commerce, analytics or CROStrong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-mindedIf you don't meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your application
