Job Description:
Our Mission
You have the opportunity to join the Pomellato PR team based in Paris.
Reporting to the Europe PR Manager, you will support the development and the implementation of PR projects and provide assistance on back-office activities.
How you will contribute- Collaborate in the press review management: prepare and send the review weekly, archive all editorials by key themes/projects- Support the team in the organization of press presentations and press events- Ensure the distribution of press materials to media contacts- Support the team in the organization of the digital archive of press materials and projects- Work in strict collaboration with the press agencies for all the product requests and challenge them on the influencer relations and activations- Support in the creation of projects' reports (both in Excel and Power Point) and be responsible for the monitoring- Support the PR stock handling for local and international shooting- Coordinate and monitor celebrity dressings for various events and parades- Manage press mailing listsWho you are- University Degree in PR/Communications- Excellent knowledge of French and English - knowledge of any other foreign language is greatly appreciated- Spirit of initiative and curiosity for fashion trends- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proactive, positive and open minded working attitude- Teamwork and good communicational skills- Interest in social media and digital communication- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, especially Power Point)- Knowledge of Photoshop and WordPress is a plus
