France Wholesale Area Manager for Luxury Goods

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Area Manager to lead and develop our operations in France.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all operations within the French territory, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans for market penetration, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and product launches, driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
