Direct Corporate Procurement

Contexte

Pleinement intégré(e)s à la Direction Générale des Achats, les apprenti(e)s seront amenés(es) à gérer différentes missions transverses.

Chaque alternant sera rattaché à une catégorie d'achats (IT & TECHNOLOGIES ou PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ou MARKETING & COMMUNICATION).

Vos missions et responsabilités

Sur la partie achat direct, l''alternant sera amené à travailler et assister les acheteurs IT direct (Guest techno) et de leurs catégories (TV, WIFI, Guest App, Serrures, Audio), les aidant dans la gestion et l''évolution des catégories.

  • Les activités journalières seront décrites par?:
  • Un suivi?contractuel permettant une analyse de la valeur et de la performance fournisseur
  • La direction d'appel d'offres (préparation, analyses, négociation)
  • La veille de marché
  • L'analyse des dépenses et plans d'actions associés
  • Le suivi administratif des fournisseurs
  • La gestion de la période de facturation annuelle
  • Le suivi et la gestion des économies réalisées
  • La participation aux Business Review avec les fournisseurs et les clients internes.
  • Des actions de communication sur les catégories d'achats gérées auprès des Clients Internes
  • La standardisation et l'optimisation des process et des outils déjà existants.
  • Participation à l'élaboration de la stratégie Achats sur la ou les catégories gérées.
  • Contribution à la gestion des fournisseurs, actualisation de leurs données (sur le périmètre guest Techno)
  • Gestion de catégorie (Digital press)

Ces missions permettront à l'apprenti de travailler dans un environnement innovant et de développer des compétences sur l'organisation en mode projet. (Compréhension des enjeux business, communication, gestion de projet, leadership transversal, retour d'expérience).


Qualifications

Votre profil

  • De niveau bac+4/5, vous avez une formation universitaire / écoles d'ingénieurs ou écoles de commerce. Une formation Achats est un plus.
  • Vous parlez un anglais professionnel.
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint...).
  • Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies
  • Rigoureux (se), autonome, vous faites preuve d'un esprit synthétique et d'analyse, vous savez également faire preuve d'écoute et êtes force de proposition au sein de votre équipe.
  • Maitrise des outils digitaux tels que?: SharePoint.
  • Avoir de très bonnes qualités de communication & d'animation (capacités rédactionnelles, capacités conversationnelles, capacités de présentation).
  • Faire preuve de prise d'initiatives.
  • Être à l'aise dans un environnement international et en mouvement.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, bon relationnel pour interagir avec l'équipe.
