Poste et missions
Vous rejoignez notre équipe Legal Restructuring au sein du département Financements de la Direction Juridique qui recherche un Juriste financing / restructuring, pour une alternance de 1 an à partir de septembre 2024.
En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :
Réalisation de recherches juridiques dans le cadre des dossiers suivis par l'équipe ; Rédaction de notes juridiques sur des sujets relatifs aux procédures collectives, au droit bancaire, au droit des sûretés ; Réalisation d'une veille jurisprudentielle mensuelle et présentation en réunion d'équipe ; Assistance aux traitements de dossiers (rédaction de courriers aux organes de la procédure, déclarations de créance, etc.) ; Rédaction de notes de synthèse sur les dossiers ; Participation aux réunions d'équipe.#FinanceTransformative
Ce poste est basé à Paris avec la possibilité de télétravailler.

Profil et compétences requises
Étudiant de niveau BAC+5, vous préparez un diplôme (universitaire, d'école de commerce ou d'école d'ingénieur), avec une spécialisation en Droit.
Vous avez de préférence une double formation et/ou des stages dans des cabinets internationaux.
De plus, vous avez des compétences en droit des procédures collectives, droit des sûretés, droit bancaire et droit des obligations.
Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement stimulant et collaboratif et vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit logique, votre rigueur et votre curiosité.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
