Nous accompagnons nos clients, de grandes entreprises, de grands Groupes immobiliers et des Sociétés de Coworking, à dynamiser leurs immeubles de bureaux et à développer la qualité de vie des salariés. Pour cela, nous upgradons les services, gérons les Accueils - Réceptions - Conciergeries & parties communes comme des lieux de vie et développons les animations pour créer une atmosphère de travail unique.
Haveagooday est ainsi considérée comme la Société de services « NEW GENERATION » de l'immobilier tertiaire. Pour accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons un officer/réceptionniste pour un très beau building, dans le 13ème arrondissement de Paris.
**Description de vos missions**:
- Assister l'Hospitality Manager pour les tâches administratives : compte-rendu, mise en place des animations, réponse aux prestataires de service, réalisation de devis ;
- Assurer la fermeture du site et des espaces ;
- Assurer l'accueil des clients, résidents et invités ;
- Gérer le planning des salles de réunion et les espaces de coworking ;
- Contrôler le stock de produits et assurer les commandes correspondantes.
