Being a part of our sales team requires a great set of skills, such as relationship building, consulting, strategic thinking, and creating a robust sales pipeline.

So we asked our team of sales pros to tell us what their day-to-day is really like and, in a nutshell, this is what they told us.

Job Description Handle overall responsibility for managing the sales team, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targetThoroughly understand clients' industry, current state, and positioning in order to match client needs & expectations with client-centric solutions using our broad range of products.

The ideal candidate helps our client on the path to omnichannel personalization & digital growthIdentify emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and the state of competitionContinuously nurture current and prospective clients with helpful industry knowledge & exciting news that will help them and us to succeed togetherDevelop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customersEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsProvide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leadsProvide feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offeringsEffectively manage the country's pipeline to forecast & realize revenue to meet targets for presentation & accountability to managementWhat we expect from you?A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Previous experience in the travel, eCommerce, and retail industries is a big plusMinimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce companyMinimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales and business developmentStrong communication skills in both writing and speaking (both English and French)
