Au sein de la Direction Technique, vous serez intégré-e dans la Direction de l'Ingénierie Logiciel d'environ 450 salarié-e-s.
En équipes pluridisciplinaires réparties sur plusieurs sites, vous imaginerez les architectures logicielles embarquées dans nos produits de haute technologie pour les secteurs aéronautique et défense : vous participerez au développement de logiciels avec de fortes contraintes de certifications tel que les centrales de navigation inertielle hybridée GNSS SkyNauteTM, ou des calculateurs de régulation moteur FADEC, mais aussi au développement des produits liés à la souveraineté, tels que les systèmes d'observation longue portée de la gamme EuroflirTM.
Notre défi est de réaliser des produits pour relever les challenges de la souveraineté, de la cyber sécurité, et de l'avion décarbonné.
Votre mission :
• Animer une équipe (~5 personnes) en privilégiant l'intelligence collective pour responsabiliser et permettre aux membres de votre équipe de s'épanouir,
• Être garant technique de l'équipe, afin d'assurer un logiciel fiable et évolutif,
• Garantir la tenue des engagements de la direction en termes de coût, de délai et de qualité,
• Définir et faire évoluer la logique de développement avec agilité pour répondre au mieux aux attentes de nos clients,
• Être le point focal du logiciel pour tous (autres métiers, projet, programmes et client),
• Aider Safran Electronics & Defense à gagner de nouveaux projets (participation à la réponse aux appels d'offres).

Job Requirements
De formation BAC+5, spécialisée en électronique et informatique, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'architecte ou de pilote d'équipe projet dans le développement logiciel.
Vos expériences passées vous ont permis d'acquérir une solide expérience en :
• Langages de développement embarqué (principalement C/C++),
• OS temps réels et Linux, ainsi qu'en développement de driver,
• Processus de développement logiciel,
• Architecture des systèmes embarqués,
• Accompagnement d'équipes logicielles.
Des compétences dans les normes de développement cyber et aéronautique (DO178C par exemple), ou en Model Based Design seraient un plus.
L'architecture logicielle des systèmes temps réel n'a pas de secret pour vous, et vous êtes prêt-e à mettre vos talents à profit pour nos clients, alors ce poste est pour vous
